Turkey drummettes are a delicious part of the wing of the turkey. This recipe is perfect for noshing as party appetizer.

Serves 6.
- 3 pounds turkey drummettes
- 1-1/4 cups barbecue sauce
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon soy sauce
- In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the ingredients besides the drummettes; add the drummettes. Seal bag and turn to coat; refrigerate overnight.
- Heat oven to 325°.
- Drain and discard marinade from drummettes.
- Place drummettes in a greased 15x10x1-in. baking pan.
- Bake, uncovered, 30-60 minutes or until a thermometer reads 180° and turkey is tender.
