Ingredients:

  • 2lbs Grow and Behold Denver Steak, Chuck Steak, or Shoulder Steak
  • 4 Tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 1-2 Cloves pressed or minced garlic (to taste)
  • Juice of half an orange
  • Dash of orange zest
  • 1 Tsp chopped fresh rosemary

Directions:

  • Combine all ingredients. Add steak and marinate for 20 minutes at room temperature or 2 hours in the refrigerator before cooking.
