Ingredients:
- 2lbs Grow and Behold Denver Steak, Chuck Steak, or Shoulder Steak
- 4 Tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- 1-2 Cloves pressed or minced garlic (to taste)
- Juice of half an orange
- Dash of orange zest
- 1 Tsp chopped fresh rosemary
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients. Add steak and marinate for 20 minutes at room temperature or 2 hours in the refrigerator before cooking.
