• 1 lb Turkey Thigh Filet or Chicken Thigh Filets, cut into 2″ strips
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
  • 1/4 c. vegetable oil
  • 1/4 c. dry sherry
  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp. minced onion
  • 1/4 tsp. ginger
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Black pepper
  • Parsley

 

Mix ingredients for marinade. Pour over filets, refrigerate 2 to 3 hours.

Remove from marinade and shake off excess, reserving marinade. Grill over high heat 6 to 8 minutes per side. Flip over and brush with marinade.  Grill 5-6 minutes on the second side.
