• 8 3-4 ounce salmon fillets
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup white prepared horseradish
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chives, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 cup matzo meal
  • lemon slices, for garnish

Preheat oven to 425F.

Combine mayonnaise, horseradish, chives and lemon juice.

With a spoon, lightly coat the fleshy side of the salmon with the mayo mixture then dredge in matzo meal. Bake at 425F for 10-12 minutes.

Serve warm or at room temperature, garnished with lemons.
