Fish and marinade
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 lb Ahi Tuna, cut into 1/2″ cubes
Garnishes for serving
- cooked sushi rice
- sesame seeds
- scallions, thinly sliced
- carrots, finely julienned
- mango, cut in cubes
- avocado, cut in cubes
- radishes, thinly sliced
- cucumbers, thinly sliced
- nori, thinly sliced
Combine marinade ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Stir to coat the tuna with the sauce ingredients. Cover and let marinate for at least 30 minutes. While the fish marinates, prepare garnishes.
