Ingredients:
- 2lbs Grow and Behold Skirt Steak
- ¼ cup low sodium soy sauce
- ⅓ cup olive oil
- 1-2 cloves garlic, minced or pressed
- 1 ½ Tsp chili powder
- 1 Tsp cumin
- Juice of one lime
- Pinch of brown sugar (optional)
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients. Add skirt steak and marinate for 30 minutes at room temperature, or at least 2 hours in the fridge. Grill skirt steak.
