Ingredients:

  • 2lbs Grow and Behold Skirt Steak
  • ¼ cup low sodium soy sauce
  • ⅓ cup olive oil
  • 1-2 cloves garlic, minced or pressed
  • 1 ½ Tsp chili powder
  • 1 Tsp cumin
  • Juice of one lime
  • Pinch of brown sugar (optional)

Directions:

  • Combine all ingredients. Add skirt steak and marinate for 30 minutes at room temperature, or at least 2 hours in the fridge. Grill skirt steak.
