• 2lbs Grow & Behold Beef Cheeks
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 large carrots, cut in 1″ rounds
  • 2 garlic cloves, whole
  • 1 bottle beer (optional)

 

Put all ingredients in crock pot.  Add enough water to fully cover the meat.  Cook on medium 6-8 hours until fork-tender.

Serve over wide noodles, with a side of salad, leafy greens and, if you plan ahead (and it’s worth it if you do!), No-Knead Crusty Bread.
