• 1 cup soy sauce or Bragg’s Liquid Aminos
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar or honey
  • 3 tablespoons salad oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried ginger or 1 tbsp. fresh ginger, grated
  • 2lbs Wild Salmon Filets

 

Marinate the fish
Combine all ingredients in a zipper-lock bag.  Marinate fish at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours.

 

Cook the fish
Remove fish from marinade and grill over high heat (skin side down) 4-5 minutes, until done, or broil 4-5 minutes in the oven.

Alternately, bake filets at 225F for 15-20 minutes, or until flesh is firm.
