Cook the bacon
Place a few pieces of the Grow & Behold Beef (or lamb!) bacon in a frying pan on medium heat. Cook until crispy, about 5 minutes.

 

Melt the chocolate
Set up a double boiler to melt the chocolate. All you have to do is add an inch of water to a pot and place a glass bowl on top, making sure the bowl doesn’t touch the bottom of the pan.

Add the chocolate and melt.

 

Dip the bacon & garnish
Dip the bacon pieces in the melted chocolate, place on a non-stick tray. Sprinkle with chopped almonds, fleur de sel, or any other delicious toppings from the pantry.

 

To Serve
Chill for 30 minutes or until chocolate is set. Store this snack in the fridge so the chocolate doesn’t melt.
