This is a very simple and very delicious dipping sauce that pairs as well with a Dry-Aged Rib-Eye Steak as a hearty burger.  It’s also great on potatoes, roasted or fried, served alongside.

  • 1/2 cup great mayonnaise (we prefer Sir Kensingtons)
  • 3 tablespoons prepared horseradish
  • salt + pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients, and adjust amounts to taste!
